Rates

Gracewoven accepts insurance, out-of-network clients, has experience with self-funded plans. We also accept cash pay clients and offer a sliding scale for cash pay clients.

Standard Self-Pay Rates For clients who are paying out-of-pocket or do not have insurance coverage, our standard rates are:

  • Initial Intake Session (60 mins): $225.00

  • Individual Counseling Session (50-55 mins): $150.00

Sliding Scale We believe financial constraints should not be a barrier to high-quality care. We offer a sliding scale fee structure for cash-pay clients based on income and availability. Please inquire about our sliding scale options when you schedule your consultation.

Payment We accept major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): $25.00 fee

  • No-Shows (missed appointment without notice): $50.00 fee (Please note: Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments or late cancellation fees; these will be charged to the credit card on file.)

The "No Surprises Act" & Good Faith Estimates

Right to a Good Faith Estimate You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy fees.

  • You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

    Out-of-Network & Private Pay: If I am not in-network with your provider, I accept out-of-network clients and have experience working with self-funded health plans. I can provide you with a "Superbill" to submit for potential reimbursement. We also offer a sliding scale for those paying out-of-pocket.
